RE-ENGINEERING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES: INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

The main purpose of the article is a theoretical and methodological substantiation of the choice of the optimal form of re-engineering for machine-building enterprises in modern conditions of a changing external environment. The object of the study is the business processes, commercial activities and financial potential of machine-building enterprises. The scientific task is to present a modern methodological approach to choosing the form of re-engineering that is better for a mechanical engineering company in the context of its current state. For this purpose, methods of financial analysis, matrix analysis and ranking were used. In addition, such auxiliary methods as graphical and abstract-logical were used. As a result of the research and calculations, a ranking of key indicators of the financial potential of machine-building enterprises was determined and carried out. An approach to determining the level of efficiency of business processes is presented. The author's vision of the matrix for choosing the optimal form of re-engineering is proposed. The practical value of the results obtained is revealed in the possibility of applying the proposed approach in the activities of machine-building enterprises in Ukraine. The study is limited by taking into account the specifics of the activities of machine-building enterprises exclusively when selecting indicators and ranking them. Prospects for further research are considered through the prism of applying the developed methodological approach to other industrial enterprises in Ukraine.

Choice of tools of anti-crisis management at industrial enterprises of Ukraine

The relevance of the research of the tools of anti-crisis management at domestic enterprises and the prerequisites for its optimization in conditions of systemic financial and economic crisis and military conflict are substantiated. The structure of the anti-crisis management system and peculiarities of choosing the anti-crisis management toolkit are defined, which includes tools for identifying the crisis at the enterprise, tools for developing anti-crisis management decisions and tools for assessing the effectiveness of adopted anti-crisis management decisions. It is substantiated that the concept of anti-crisis management determines the relationship between the components of the "reactive" and "preventive" character in the anti-crisis management system, the role and place of the anti-crisis component in the general strategy of enterprise management. The concept of crisis management should take into account such features of the enterprise as: size, industry, methods of capital formation, stage of the life cycle of the enterprise, types of production and financial strategy, market position, types of risks inherent in this enterprise. The tools of crisis management at the enterprise are investigated within two large groups: diagnostic methods and methods aimed at overcoming the crisis. The tools of crisis management are considered in terms of the stages of crisis at the enterprise. The priority of preventive measures in the anti-crisis management system has been determined. The model of anti-crisis management tools is proposed taking into account the factors of crisis, stages of crisis, tasks of anti-crisis management at the enterprise. Therefore, during the study, stages, crisis factors, the structure of the crisis management toolkit, which includes both tools for diagnosing the crisis state at the enterprise and directly tools for overcoming the crisis, which can be the basis for optimizing the crisis management system at the enterprise, are determined.

СУЧАСНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ ВИРОБНИЦТВА ЦЕМЕНТУ

The current state of science and progress does not yet allow for a radical reduction in environmental damage from cement production, as the technological process involves the release of large amounts of carbon dioxide during clinker baking, and the generation of significant amounts of dust due to the need to grind raw materials and clinker itself. By its very nature, cement production is one of the most resource- and energy-intensive industries. The article highlights the current level of environmental impact caused by cement production and outlines the prospects for limiting the negative impact in the future. Priority tasks for the industry should include rationalization of resource use, optimization of technological processes related to clinker firing, and the search for modern energy sources that can be integrated into the production system. In addition to measures related to changes in the production process, cement itself needs to be transformed. The key goal of cement improvement is to achieve a reduction in the average clinker share and product composition.Taking into account the main sources of carbon dioxide emissions, the ways of greening the cement production process are proposed, taking into account the best international practices. The proposed ways to increase the efficiency of environmental modernization of cement production by business entities include the following: reducing energy consumption, replacing traditional fuels with alternative ones, reducing the level of clinker factor in cement, and using carbon capture technology. The experience of implementing the described technologies at industrial enterprises of Ukraine is presented. The article emphasizes that the most important thing in conducting an EIA is the complexity and rationality of the chosen approaches, since the transformation of cement production takes place in different planes: technological, legal, and managerial. That is, the optimization of production technology should be accompanied by the establishment of an effective production control system, development of an effective management approach for the implementation and introduction of an innovation management system.

IMPACT INVESTMENT IN POST-WAR UKRAINE

To restore the economy of Ukraine in the post-war period, it is expedient to work out applicable communication tools with investors. With respect to the global market, there is a noticeable trend towards an increase in impact investments in 2016-2022 by $ 1,050 billion or in other words, 10.21 times. The rapid growth of impact investing at the global level testifies to the significance of investments aimed at achieving the provisions of the concept of sustainable development. The purpose of the study is to elaborate theoretical and practical provisions for information support of impact investing in order to attract financial resources to restore the economic activity of business entities in the post-war period in compliance with the sustainable development guidelines. Having conducted a study of the published non-financial reporting of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Ukraine, it was found that only 22.7% thereof prepare a Sustainable Development Report annually. With respect to the selected enterprises group, 91% prepare a management report in an arbitrary form and publish it on their official website. In the selected group of enterprises, 91% prepare a management report in any form and publish it on their official website. However, given the arbitrary form of information presentation, investors cannot fully obtain up-to-date information about the company’s social policy and environmental activities. In addition, the formation of reporting on issues of sustainable development and social responsibility has not yet become widespread among Ukrainian enterprises, which hinders the development of impact investing in Ukraine. Especially with regard to increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, the structure has been clarified and meaningful recommendations have been developed regarding the information content of the Management Report, which will contribute to increasing the transparency of reporting and attract influential investors.

ГРАНТИ ПРОГРАМИ STAGE ДЛЯ ПІДТРИМКИ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

The article examines the grant opportunities of the STAGE Program, which is financed by the European Union. Emphasis is placed on the fact that this is an initiative implemented to support Ukrainian industrial companies in their pursuit of sustainable development. The main goal of the Program is outlined - to provide targeted support to business companies to become competitive and sustainable leaders of the European industrial community. The article states that along with training and consulting support, Ukrainian industrial enterprises have the opportunity to take advantage of a financial grant of up to 50,000 euros for the development of an investment project plan for the transformation of sustainable development and the implementation of measures for its implementation. A list of additional services for the preparation of an investment plan, which can be financed by a grant, is outlined, such as: feasibility study; technological audit; due diligence analysis; data collection and analysis for carbon footprint assessment; prototyping; pilot tests; pilot demonstration; adaptation of business processes; support for the use of testing tools; purchase of other specialized consulting and coaching services related to the preparation of an investment plan. It has been demonstrated that SMEs from all 14 European industrial ecosystems defined by the EU can apply for STAGE Program grant funding: textiles; electronics; mobility, transport, automobile industry; energy industries; renewable energy; Agri-Food; health; digital industry; construction; Retail; social economy; tourism; creative and cultural industries; aerospace industry and defense. It was concluded that grant funding of the STAGE Program is an effective and efficient financial incentive for companies to access professional services and develop investment project plans, which in the future will contribute to the sustainable growth of Ukrainian industrial enterprises; and in the long term, grant funding of the STAGE program will contribute to meeting the needs of sustainable development of European industrial enterprises.

INFLUENCE OF MARKETING STRATEGY ON IMPROVING THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF INDUSTRIA ENTERPRISES

Neglect of marketing tools and the lack of a clear strategic guideline when promoting a product create negative consequences for most industrial enterprises in Ukraine, which raises the issue of demonstrating how a successful marketing strategy can significantly affect the finances of such open socio-economic systems. The main purpose of the article is to present an approach to reflect the positive financial consequences in the activities of an enterprise from a successfully implemented marketing strategy in the industrial products market. The object of the study is the activities of industrial enterprises. The scientific task is to show what positive impact the implementation of a successful marketing strategy has on the financial aspects of the activities of an industrial enterprise. The research methodology involves a combined approach in the use of general theoretical methods and mathematical and econometric methods to form models and solve problems. The main result of the study is the formed model of the impact of the implementation of a successful marketing strategy on the activities of the enterprise. This model focuses on the financial aspects of activity and is distinguished by the fact that it demonstrates the financial effect for industrial enterprises of a successful marketing strategy. The practical value of the results obtained is revealed in the presentation of the significance of the marketing strategy for improving the financial performance of industrial enterprises. The study has a limitation and does not take into account the process of forming a marketing strategy itself, but only its implementation.

INFORMATION SUPPORT FOR FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AND THE INFLUENCE OF THE SIZE OF SHOP EXPENSES ON TAX PLANNING AT THE MICRO LEVEL TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY

Basically, any economic activity contributes significant development of economy field and the country at all. The purpose of this topic is researching activity of some enterprise, finding mistakes and providing recommendations that allows to solve them. We suppose it will help to improve certain areas of enterprise activity in the state. The purpose of the study is to consider the information support of the financial analysis of industrial enterprises and the influence of the size of shop expenses on tax planning at the micro level to improve management efficiency. In the process of the research, the following tasks were completed: the information support of the financial analysis in terms of expenses was investigated; analyzed expenses of the main workshops of "Zaporizhsky Foundry and Mechanical Plant" LLC; the impact of elements of shop expenses on the optimization of the tax planning of the enterprise as a whole at the micro level was analyzed in order to improve management efficiency. The metallurgical industry has a significant and valuable role in the development of Ukraine. Due to this point, our country able to produce own metallurgical products, process metals, create own methods of production in the metallurgical industry, and create new connections with foreign partners for the import and export of metals and metal structures. The conducted research allows us to divide the conclusions into certain points: The information provision of financial analysis is revealed. We found out how expenses affect the financial result of the activity. An analysis of the costs of the main workshops of Zaporizhzhya Foundry and Mechanical Plant LLC was carried out, namely foundry, mechanical shop, metal structures. Proposals for improving the economic activity of Zaporizhzhya Foundry and Mechanical Plant LLC were provided. The influence of elements of workshop costs on the optimization of tax planning of Zaporizhzhya Foundry and Mechanical Plant LLC at the micro level was analyzed in order to improve management efficiency. Summarizing this work, it is worth noting the situation of industrial enterprises in Ukraine is important as a whole. In the face of intense hostilities, they continue their work even with such problems as: logistical disruptions, rocket attacks on enterprises, lack of funds both at the enterprise itself and in the state budget, and all for the sake of speeding up our Victory of the Ukrainian people in this terrible and protracted war.

Investment principles in value-target processes of electricity consumption at iron ore enterprises

Purpose. To establish the influence of investment on cost-target processes of electric consumption of iron ore enterprises by applying economic and mathematical models. Methodology. As a result of the research, system and critical analysis was applied in the synthesis of formation of economic and analytical indicators and processes of electricity consumption at iron ore enterprises. Methods of comparative analysis, functional-cost, economic-statistical research were used to determine cost-target characteristics when building economic-mathematical models. The general basis of the conducted study is a complex approach. Findings. The capitalization of relations in Ukraine requires a more careful organization of the practice of investing, in relation to the cost policy of electricity consumption at industrial enterprises in Ukraine. When mining iron ore, optimal matching of the cost of electricity consumption and investment investments, which make it possible to ensure the necessary volumes of production, is of great importance. Due to this, in modern conditions, the necessary digital support of investment processes is of great importance. An economic-mathematical model of the impact of investments on the cost-target problems of electric energy consumption is developed, which allows numerically determining the interrelationship of the selected indicators. The combination of theoretical study with practical implementation made it possible to investigate the conditions under which there is the best ratio of investment investments and the cost of electricity consumption. Originality. The method of influencing investment on the cost of electricity consumption by iron ore enterprises has received further development. An economic-mathematical model has been constructed that allows the proposed method to be implemented. Practical value. The analysis of the results of the cost of electricity consumption at iron ore enterprises allows us to estimate the statistical dependence of the cost of electricity consumption on the amount of investment. The conducted analysis made it possible to investigate the dependence of the values of the total average daily costs of consumed electricity, the cost of consumed electricity, the specific cost of electricity consumption on the amount of investment contributions at the enterprises of Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Combine on the basis of regression models. It is expedient to determine the question of choosing an optimization option on the basis of an analysis of the real economic situation in accordance with the volume and cost of electricity consumption at iron ore enterprises. The practice of applying the proposed research results makes it possible to determine the most optimal option for energy efficiency management.

Increasing innovative activity at Ukrainian industrial enterprises through technology transfer

The article examines measures of step-by-step promotion of innovations at industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Economic factors hindering the implementation of new technologies at enterprises are highlighted. This is caused primarily by the fact that during the global economic crisis, enterprises and industries that actively implement and use innovative technologies are competitive. At the same time, Ukraine continues to develop as a country with a high share of raw materials industries, and innovative development has not become one of the main signs of the growth of the national economy. Although positive trends were observed for several years, they were mainly temporary in nature and were replaced by opposite shifts in the economy, which characterizes innovation processes in Ukraine as unstable and devoid of clear long-term incentives for innovative activity. In these conditions, there is a need to identify key problems that hinder the development of innovative activities of domestic enterprises, and to find ways to solve them. The implementation of a marketing strategy for the promotion of innovative projects at small and medium-sized industrial enterprises and the transfer process of innovations at large enterprises to gain their competitive advantages in domestic and foreign markets is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the existing features of implementation in the conditions of digitalization of global business, which is confirmed by the construction of appropriate layouts and schemes. An overview was carried out to what extent all these technological innovations lead to deep and large-scale changes in the systemic character of economic (and not only economic) relations, reformatting of their very foundations and the emergence of new socio-economic institutions. Thus, the basis of modern relations is not only and not so much property relations, but the possibility of access to certain goods, resources, and information. Radical technological innovations to one degree or another affect and will increasingly affect the technologies of commercial operations, the role and forms of activity of their commercial intermediaries. The process of technology transfer to the real sector of the economy has been improved, which takes into account the joint refinement of innovative projects of innovators with enterprises that are potential bases of implementation, with the implementation of the activities of the Coordination Center.

THE IMPACT OF THE MACROECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT ON BANK LENDING TO INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES: THE CASE OF UKRAINE

In today's world, the development of any economy is characterised by numerous financial, socio-economic and political challenges. Ukraine's experience is particularly special, as its macroeconomic environment is undergoing significant shifts and changes due to the unprecedented armed invasion of its sovereign territory by a neighbouring aggressor country. Given the importance of the industrial production sector in the country's economic growth, the problem of additional financial sources for the development of industrial enterprises in the dynamic macroeconomic environment of Ukraine is particularly relevant. Since banks are the dominant link in the financial system of Ukraine, the study of the impact of the macroeconomic environment on bank lending to industrial enterprises is of particular scientific interest. The article is aimed at identifying and analysing the key economic factors of the macroeconomic environment of Ukraine that influenced the state of bank lending to industrial enterprises in 2009-2022, using economic and mathematical modelling methods. Methodology. The study is based on the data that showed the highest correlations between the outcome variable - the volume of bank lending to industrial enterprises (in billion UAH) and the explanatory variables - economic factors of the macroeconomic environment of different groups (general indicators of economic development; indicators of industrial development; indicators of socio-economic development; indicators of the monetary market; indicators of public finance; indicators of the external sector; indicators of the foreign exchange market) for the period 2009-2022. Based on these data, a multiple linear regression model is built and the results are interpreted. Practical implications. The practical results can serve as a basis for further research on ways to improve the risk management of bank lending to industrial enterprises in a dynamic macroeconomic environment; ways to improve the management of problem debts of industrial enterprises; ways to intensify bank lending to industrial enterprises in Ukraine as a prerequisite for post-war economic reconstruction on the basis of sustainable development, etc. Value/Originality. The results of the research provide a deeper understanding of the role of the country's macroeconomic environment, its dynamics and the impact of certain economic factors on the development of bank lending to industrial enterprises as an important source of additional financial resources for industrial enterprises.

Innovative development as a factor of the post-war economy of Ukraine

The war in Ukraine, caused by the full-scale invasion of Russia, has an impact on the country’s innovation environment, which is due to a decrease in the level of investments, an increase in business risks, a reduction in domestic demand for products, a decrease in the number of innovative projects, and the availability of their financing. The purpose of this article is to confirm that the innovative development of Ukraine’s economy is a key direction of economic policy and a tool for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine’s economy. The study of the current state of innovative activity in Ukraine and the comparison of the actual state of innovative development of Ukraine with other countries of the world was carried out using methods of scientific and statistical analysis. The latter made it possible to come to the following research results: to state a significant lag in innovative activity in Ukraine. According to the authors, this is related to existing problems, the main ones of which are: weak development of high-tech enterprises and industries; significant physical and moral deterioration of the production potential of most industrial enterprises of Ukraine; insufficient financing of the innovative sector of the economy, structural imbalance and low technological complexity, raw material export orientation and low competitiveness, etc.The authors of the article are sure that the restoration of the economy of Ukraine, ensuring competitiveness and economic growth largely depends on the use of innovative factors, the development of education and science. It is noted that the foundations of the state’s innovative policy in the post-war period must be formed today, creating conditions for the development of intellectual potential, increasing labor productivity, modernization of technologies, and structural restructuring of the economy.The results of this study can be applied when approving the plan for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and its direction towards a radical change in the structure of the economy, the transition from an agrarian-raw type to an industrial-innovative one based on the creation of a modern high-tech, digitised industry in the context of the spread of Industry 4.0 in the world. As a conclusion, the authors suggest that in the process of forming innovation policy, special attention should be paid to structural reforms, effective and transparent use of foreign aid, and strengthening of cooperation between manufacturers and scientific institutions.

METHODOLOGICAL ESSENCE OF THE COMMERCIAL POTENTIAL OF TECHNOLOGIES IN THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of factors that determine the competitiveness of individual enterprises and countries in the conditions of a market economy. The change of priorities in different periods of economic development is analyzed. At the stage of the industrial economy, the priority in achieving competitive advantages was the main factors of production: labor and natural resources, capital. The next stage of market competition is related to investment. Attracting foreign and domestic investments provided companies and states with competitive advantages. The main task was to create favorable conditions for investments. In the modern economy, the role of the main factors of production, as well as investments, remains an important criterion of competitiveness. At the same time, there is a transition to fundamentally new technologies based on information as the most important resource. A new branch of the economy is emerging, associated with digital technologies for receiving, transmitting and processing information. The transition to digital technologies is accompanied by changes in the business environment. The competitiveness of companies in the digital economy depends on competitiveness in the global market. The workforce structure is changing. The competitiveness of companies is affected by the quality of workers employed in production. There is a struggle for highly qualified personnel. At the current stage, innovations are becoming the main factor in the competitiveness of both individual enterprises and countries as a whole. Ukrainian industrial enterprises, faced with crisis phenomena and problems of introducing innovations and innovative technologies into their production, are forced to independently search for new ways of innovative development of the enterprise, creating new production clusters of "production complexes" to solve the most basic problem of complete modernization of their production, and therefore the regularity of such a phenomenon , as the formation of "production complexes", require its comprehensiveness. Research. This paper formulates the main regularities of the formation of "production complexes", where innovation is a link, as a special factor of increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, but as part of the "production complex". An analysis of scientific research in the innovative sphere of the economy was carried out in the part of studying the patterns of formation of "production complexes", conclusions were drawn about the lack of a concept of innovative development of "production complexes", a concept of innovative development of "production complexes" in our country was proposed.

Assessing the Outcomes of Digital Transformation Smartization Projects in Industrial Enterprises: A Model for Enabling Sustainability

Digital transformation and smartization projects in industrial enterprises have become increasingly prevalent in recent years, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. Assessing the outcomes of such projects is crucial to determine their effectiveness in enabling sustainability. In this context, a model for evaluating digital transformation smartization projects (DTSP) outcomes can be developed to provide a comprehensive assessment framework. This study aims to develop and test a model for diagnosing the results of implementing digital transformation smartization projects for industrial enterprises. The methodology presented in this article involves using statistical tests to detect multicollinearity and heteroskedasticity in regression models. It also proposes an economic–mathematical model with three objective functions to optimize the implementation of smartization projects, considering cost minimization, deviations from planned business indicators, and production rhythm disruptions. The most important results of the survey are (1) a proposed matrix for the selection of indicators for diagnosing the results of the implementation of digital transformation smartization projects for industrial enterprises, (2) a two-level model for the economic evaluation of diagnosed digital transformation smartization projects, which can be used at any stage of the digital transformation smartization project and based on it, conclusions can be drawn regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of both the entire project and its individual stages, objects, or elements. The advantage of the model is the possibility of its decomposition, that is, a division into separate parts with the possibility of introducing additional restrictions or, conversely, reducing the level of requirements for some of them. The results were tested at industrial enterprises in Ukraine and proved their practical significance.

CREATION OF ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE TECHNOLOGIES OF DIAMOND GRINDING OF PRODUCTS FROM HEAVILY PROCESSED MATERIALS

The paper shows that the most effective diamond grinding technology for improving the ecology and culture of production is grinding with diamond wheels on high-strength metal bonds using their electro-erosion dressing to restore cutting properties and improve the quality and productivity of processing. This technology makes it possible to exclude the use of harmful electrolytes from the technological process of straightening a diamond wheel. Therefore, practical recommendations have been developed in the work on the creation of environmentally friendly and safe for health working technologies for grinding with diamond-abrasive tools (diamond wheels) on metal bonds based on the use of electroerosive dressing. Products made from various metal and non-metal hard-to-cut materials are processed, including grinding products made of hard alloys with welded high-strength materials, cutting high-hard rocks, cutting edges on the surfaces of crystal products, cutting natural diamonds into diamonds, processing products from hard-to-cut ceramics and ferrites etc. As a result of the practical application of these technologies, it became possible to produce environmentally friendly and safe for the life of workers mechanical processing by grinding products from materials of high hardness at industrial enterprises of Ukraine with high quality and productivity.

SOURCES FOR FINANCING THE ENVIRONMENTAL TRANSFORMATION OF PRODUCTION AS A COMPONENT OF THE INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

In article was presented the distribution of expenditures on innovation among industrial enterprises belonging to the category of innovatively active. It was emphasized the insufficient level of research and development due to lack of financial support. The main directions of innovation activity of industrial enterprises are focused on forced renewal of capital assets, the influence of the lack of funding on the innovative activity of business entities is revealed. Author emphasizes the need to develop recommendations for finding sources of funding to ensure the innovative transformation of industrial enterprises. It was analyzed the main sources to finance innovation activities of ukrainian industrial enterprises. It was found that the main source of financing the innovative development of enterprises is their own funds. The study examined the possibilities of using borrowed funds and explored the role of bank lending in ensuring innovation. Particular attention is paid to project finance as a mixed type of financing. Based on the knowledge about the financing of innovations by industrial enterprises were identified the features of funding for ecological modernization of production by cement producers in Ukraine. It is determined the significant role of foreign capital in the process of ecological transformations of enterprises in the industry.The main trends and prospects for funding innovative projects for cement industry enterprises are highlighted. Proposals for optimizing the structure of sources of financing for innovative development for cement producers are developed. The proposed sources of financing for the ecological transformation of production fall into different categories, including government funding, the use of investment funds resources and participation in project financing.

Strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine

Introduction. The paper deals with the problem of improving strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The shortcomings of the strategic management of Ukrainian industrial enterprises are due to the decline in the growth rates of the world and Ukrainian economy, the war, the specifics of the development of socio-economic relations. The purpose of the paper to study the concept of strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises. Results. The main problem of the study is related to the imperfection of the strategic management of the enterprise's investment policy, which leads to a slowdown in the development of the enterprise and a decrease in competitiveness. The methodological base of the research is determined, the basis of which is: system theory, a system approach to managing the sustainable development of the enterprise, the theory and practice of modeling, strategic management, investment planning. An improved model is proposed, which determines the interdependence of strategic management of investment policy and sustainable economic development of the enterprise, and an algorithm for managing the process of developing an investment strategy of an industrial enterprise is presented. This mechanism takes into account the main indicators of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise. The mechanism of strategic management, which has a complex nature, is considered. The management of the enterprise is oriented towards serious transformations, takes into account the proposed methods and tools of formation and management of investment capital of an industrial enterprise in conditions of uncertainty. Conclusion. It has been proven that the use of more advanced mechanisms for the development and management of the organization's strategic activities allows the company's management to improve management processes, make the best decision regarding the choice of strategy and the amount of investment resources necessary to achieve the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise.

STRATEGIC GOALS OF THE STATE REGULATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EUROPEAN VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the study of strategic goals of state regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration. In the future, Ukraine will be part of a single market with more than 450 million consumers, which will create opportunities for industrial enterprises to expand their foreign economic activity and increase their export potential. The purpose of the article is to formulate strategic objectives of state regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the context of the European development vector. This article examines the role of state regulation in ensuring effective foreign economic activity of Ukrainian industrial enterprises and identifies strategic goals to be achieved in this process. In addition, the article analyses the main challenges and obstacles hindering the achievement of these goals and suggests ways to overcome them. Methodology: scientific research uses general and specific scientific methods, including the method of analysis and synthesis, the descriptive-analytical method, the systems approach, the method of systematisation, the graphical method and the method of comparison. Results. Nowadays, effective regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises is one of the most important factors of economic growth of Ukraine. Many studies have been devoted to the development of mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity, but some aspects are still overlooked by scientists. The practical implications of Ukraine's integration into the European Union are a crucial step for the development of the economy. The European Union is Ukraine's most important trading partner. Thanks to this integration, Ukrainian producers have gained easier access to one of the largest markets in the world – the European Union market. When Ukraine becomes a full member of the European Union and is fully integrated into the single market, it will create more jobs and increase salaries by exporting high-quality products to European Union countries. Ukraine is a reliable partner of the European Union and is working towards membership. This process is not fast, but Ukraine is fulfilling the Association Agreement with the European Union, adopting necessary laws and carrying out reforms for the development of Ukraine. This will help transform Ukraine into a developed country with a high standard of living. The search for new and effective mechanisms for organising foreign economic activity and preserving export potential is extremely important for Ukraine, taking into account the European vector of development in the conditions of a state of war. The article argues for a timely study of the problem of formation of a mechanism of modern regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises, taking into account the impact of the external environment. It presents a number of administrative, economic and legal methods, as well as a periodisation of the formation and development of legislation in Ukraine on foreign economic activity. It also examines the process of foreign economic activity regulation, which refers to a system of measures capable of combining direct legislative regulation of export and import activities of enterprises with economic levers aimed at protecting and improving the structure of the domestic market. The Association Agreement signed between Ukraine and the European Union shows that Ukraine has opted for the European model of socio-economic development.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PROCESSES SUBJECT TO VIDEO-PHOTOGRAPHY DURING TESTS OF ARMAMENT AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT OF THE GROUND FORCES AND DETERMINATION OF GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PROSPECTIVE SAMPLES OF VIDEO-PHOTO EQUIPMENT FOR TESTING

Currently, during the period of active equipping and provision of the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with new and modernized samples of armament and military equipment, there is an urgent need to conduct photo- video registration of the process during the testing of experimental samples with the help of photo and video equipment (cameras, video cameras, thermal imagers, etc.).
 The main problematic issue is that most of the systems and complexes of photo-video registration of information, which are operated in research laboratories of information and measurement systems of the Armed Forces and industrial enterprises of Ukraine, are outdated and have low technical characteristics.
 One of the possible ways to solve this issue is the analysis of physical processes that are subject to registration during tests, in order to determine the technical characteristics of photos and video equipment for their purchase for the operation of video surveillance test laboratories.
 The purpose of the research was to study the technical characteristics of modern photo and video equipment and the possibility of its use in testing weapons and military equipment for various functional purposes, primarily ground.
 This article analyzes the requirements for modern photo and video equipment, its technical characteristics and principles of operation. Domestic and foreign products were subject to analysis. The study of domestic and foreign experience in the use of such equipment shows that special attention should be paid to high-speed and television photo and video cameras when drawing up general requirements as they are the most complex in terms of construction.
 Thus, in order to improve the quality of tests of new and modernized samples of armament and military equipment, the technical characteristics of modern photo and video equipment and the possibility of their use during tests were investigated. The use of promising samples of on-board photo and video equipment during tests of armament and military equipment of the ground forces is possible with a wide range of applications.

The aim of the article. The purpose of the article is intellectual information systems introduction analysis and systematization, as well as the proposals development in the context of their effective use as a priority to ensure the innovative development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises. Analysis results. The article examines the problems and prospects of intellectual information systems introduction to increase the industrial enterprise efficiency. The study actuality of industrial enterprises sustainable development factors and trends is due to the need to develop the theory of industrial enterprises stability managing by improving the management of their digital transformation in the Ukrainian digital economy development conditions. It is emphasized that the key factor of success in the digital economy is not technology, but new models of technology and data management, which enable prompt response and modeling of future challenges and problems for states, business and civil society. It is noted that in modern conditions, for the effective operation of industrial enterprises, full-fledged information support is necessary at all stages of management decisions designing and formation. The expediency of creating a single information space at enterprises is substantiated, with the help of which all automated enterprise management systems can exchange information quickly and in a timely manner. The introduction and use of digital production processes modeling and design technologies throughout the entire products life cycle contribute to the enterprise and optimal management efficiency. Digital technologies make it possible to conduct analytical research, monitor any changes in the external environment, and respond to market needs in a timely and flexible manner. Due to digital technologies, a high level of labor productivity is ensured, as well as opportunities for integration of project participants and remote collaboration are provided. Business entities receive qualitative control over the production cycle and promotion of products to the market. The industrial enterprise management methodology as a dynamic system based on the intellectual information systems introduction is improved in order to increase the efficiency of their activities. The author's definition of the category "digital industrial production" is given. Intellectual activity results selection and market promotion processes embodied in new technologies are structured. An information system for new elaborations promotion managing was worked out based on the development of digital transformation in enterprise management and industrial enterprises technological processes. The author's proposed developments and recommendations can be used in the context of the industrial enterprise management efficiency augmentation in order to increase the economic added value by promoting to the market the results of intellectual activity embodied in new technologies. The transition of industry to intellectual information systems will contribute to the production of higher quality products, will lead to the creation of more flexible systems, the participants of which will exchange information through the Internet, that will significantly increase labor efficiency and reduce costs in production processes.
